  • Indeed Monique! In my journey I’ve learned to recognize my victim thoughts, beliefs etc through the people I see doing it. In the Happiness Baseline I came to realize that (for me) complaining about anything is feeling victimazed. The more I saw that and realized it was not in my best interest to practice that, I let it go. Practicing my “no complaint” is wonderful. It’s an ongoing journey and practice it every day.
