How can grief become a garden of compassion? In this episode, I explore a beautiful piece by Rumi, where he shares how embracing our pain and vulnerability can lead to profound growth and connection. By allowing ourselves to fully experience and express our sorrow, we open the door to deeper love, wisdom, and compassion—for ourselves and for others. Instead of hiding from our grief, we can find the courage to look behind it and discover the flowers that can grow in the garden of our hearts.
