The Ocean

I want to explain how to become the ocean in your meditation practice. You might find this a powerful way to work with your thoughts and emotions as they arise in your mind.

  • This is so helpful. Your story made me think of mine. I was campo’s with my aunt and uncle at the beach. The water was great it the waves were getting bigger. My cousin taught me to dive under, just like you described. But one caught me. It’s a fearsome thing to be pounded by a wave and flung around in the water. I emerged as you did, scraped by the sand and rocks. Ouch. Recently, I think my thoughts could be described exactly like that big wave. This podcast has given me a new perspective. Thank you.
