Today, I address a poignant email from a listener grappling with the pain of global suffering, particularly the war in Ukraine, and the feeling of helplessness it brings. I discuss the pervasive nature of wars worldwide, highlighting that many conflicts go unnoticed due to biased media coverage. I emphasize the importance of balancing awareness with maintaining our own well-being, and how becoming a light in our local communities can create positive change. By staying informed selectively and focusing on empowering those around us, especially women, we can cultivate a more nurturing and peaceful society. Tune in to explore how you can transform personal and collective pain into meaningful action and become a beacon of hope in your world.

And would you consider the posibility that all humanity has a belief in power, control, money — it’s all connected. History shows that no matter who’s in power (male or female) you can see the attributes of a belief system we live by. We can put women in power (which we have in history), we can get rid of media (maybe), has that changed or thirst for control/power. It’s a belief system that we have to change if we want different results. We always blame outside sources (media, government etc.) for what’s happening. Healing my mind with these false beliefs that humanity has and it doesn’t serve us is the only way. Inside me I have war how can I expect the world to be any different. News media has been the same for thousands of years because it’s a way to control masses. It’s a wonderful way of continuing the belief that we are broken entities. At some point that has to change. Like the song says “Let there be peace on earth and let it begin with me”… just another point to look at. Thank you
