If you've listened to me for any period of time, you'll probably be aware that I really enjoy walking. I wanted to present some research today as to why walking is so good not only for your mental health but also for your physical health.

  • I absolutely adore walking. It connects me to Nature and to myself like nothing else. I also love the slowness. I always just walk, never with headphones or other distractions.
