Limited Attention

There is a limit to our attention. Once we realise this, we can start to take charge of where we want our attention going. 

  • I really enjoyed this because I get a bit anxious when I’m in really cluttered space. And if it’s cluttered AND dirty? Get me out of there!!!! This is a great reminder that it doesn’t have to infiltrate my brain when I’m in a space like that.
