Monique, I loved today’s podcast because we are getting ready for a new year; a time when we tend to set goals for the coming year. It seems the joy is in the journey instead of actually reaching the goal. As I listened to you speak what you said reminded me of the “as soon as happiness.” Is there some truth in this? The mindset being, As soon as I reach my goal I will be happy.
