What if your deepest sorrow could become the seed of your greatest strength? In this episode, I share Rumi’s wisdom about grief as the garden of compassion—and explore how opening our hearts to pain transforms it into love and understanding. We’ll look at why vulnerability is not weakness, but a doorway to connection and healing. By allowing ourselves to feel fully, we create space for wisdom to grow and compassion to flourish—not only for ourselves, but for everyone we meet. Let’s step into this tender garden together.

It is good to have someone to be with you or talk to you when you have grief happening in your life!
I agree. Grief can honour the griever, the grieved and open up new appreciation for life and all it has to offer as well as nudge or thrust us into thinking about our own mortality and what happens to us after death. Also-how well we are using our gift of life
