    It's not all hard work! With me hosting this retreat, you can bet it's going to be a lot of fun. We’ll also emphasize building connections and friendships. If you’re an introvert, don’t worry—no activities are mandatory, and you’ll have plenty of time for your much-needed downtime.

    The first thing you should do is secure your spot. I'll show you in a moment the options for your stay at the retreat.

    Once you have decided on the type of room you will stay in, I need you to secure that room. We have a very limited number of spots, so availability will be based on whoever books the rooms first.

    If you’ve decided to share a room, you may want to check with any friends to see if they’ve secured their spot so you can share your room. We’re happy to set you up with a roommate, too.

The retreat begins on June 6th and finishes on June 14th, 2025. 

One of my team will meet you in Liberia, Costa Rica, on June 6th and bring you down to Blue Spirit, an incredible world-class retreat centre in Nosara.

Join me as we embark on a life-changing week together 

that includes teachings, practice, connection, discussion, and of course - loads of fun! 

By the end of the week, you will have deepened your understanding of how to be happier, had your heart and mind opened, and feel deeply refreshed and nourished.

The Accommodation

Your all-inclusive accommodation options are below. The investment is per person. Reach out to us if you need to find a retreat buddy to share a room or if you would like one of the rooms to yourself – we're here to help! 

Nature Suites with A/C

2 Twin Beds

The suites are cozy and situated on a hillside overlooking lush vegetation. They feature private bathrooms and an outdoor shower overlooking the jungle. Each suite sleeps two people, has a separate enclosed porch with a desk, and solar hot water as well as A/C. The suites are a short walk up the hill to the main building.

Investment:

If you choose this room the event will be $2,997 per person, which includes all expenses once you're picked up from Liberia. The deposit is only $997 today to reserve your room!

Mountain View with A/C

King Bed

These rooms have step-out balconies and beautiful
Mountain Views. The room is tastefully furnished and provides the perfect space for one person. Each room has a king-size bed with a private bathroom with solar hot water and air conditioning. The Mountain View Rooms are located in the main building, reachable by stairs or elevator.

Investment:

If you choose this room the event will be $3,597, which includes all expenses once you're picked up from Liberia. The deposit is only $997 today to reserve your room!

The Investment

The retreat package is all-inclusive from the moment you arrive in Nosara, Costa Rica. It covers the cost of the retreat, accommodation, 3 meals a day, and transportation from Liberia to Nosara.

You only need to decide which room you would like.

As soon as you put down your room deposit, your place is secure.

We have only one place left so make sure you do this right away. 

Below you will see the investment for the whole retreat next to the rooms. Please note, at my request, our team has worked very hard to keep the cost of this retreat as low as possible. Similar small and intimate retreats in Costa Rica cost up to $22,000 per person. 

We've included accommodation, meals, the retreat, and transportation to Blue Spirit from Liberia.

I am very excited to welcome you to The Gathering. Here are some of our most frequently asked questions:

Who is eligible to attend The Gathering in Nosara?

This retreat is specifically designed for women over the age of 14 to create a supportive and empowering environment. If you are a woman and are 14 years old or older, please proceed with the registration. We appreciate your understanding and support in maintaining the intended space for this event.

What is the deadline to enrol for The Gathering?

There is no deadline. Registration closes when the retreat is full. This retreat will sell out very quickly so we suggest you book now, so that you don't miss out on your place. 

How long does the retreat last?

The retreat is for 8 nights from June 6 to June 14, 2025. 

How does the retreat payment work?

Today you can reserve your room for $997. The remainder of your retreat payment won't be due until March 1, 2025. We will send you a message one month before the payment is due to remind you.  

Which airport do I fly into?

You will fly into Liberia Guanacaste Airport (LIR). Upon arrival on June 6, 2025, a member of our team will meet you at the airport. If you've booked accommodation near Liberia Airport, our team will assist you in checking in. We are also in contact with a nearby hotel to offer discounted rates for your convenience (more details will be provided closer to the date).
The retreat officially begins at our center in Nosara on June 7, 2025. If you choose to travel directly to Nosara yourself, please ensure you arrive by 4pm on June 7. We recommend arriving in Liberia on June 6 so you can join us in Nosara the following day, refreshed and ready for a transformative week with Monique.

What will the food be like?

Your stay includes three delicious consciously prepared Gourmet Vegetarian meals a day. You will have the option of fresh locally sourced fish three evenings per week and eggs every morning along with breakfast; cheese is also regularly available while the buffet always provides vegan and gluten-free options. To accommodate food restrictions and allergies there is a Pure Food option, offering veggies, grains and legumes cooked without any seasonings or oils. If you are gluten free or have any other dietary requirements you will have the ability to let us know.

Will I have access to Monique during the retreat?

Yes. This is an intimate retreat where there will be a lot of interaction with Monique. 

What if I have to cancel?

We understand that Visitors would never book a Retreat with the goal of cancelling it, but we also understand that unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance and please understand that it is your responsibility to read and understand the cancellation and refund policy here.  If possible we will attempt to (but cannot and do not guarantee that we will) find another person to take over and assume your reservation, and solely in upon such full assumption and taking over, we will refund to you the entire Holding Deposit and Fee Balance. 

Will there be any other expenses?

Of course, you will need to get your flight to Liberia and home. We also encourage travel insurance. At the retreat center, there is a shop and you can have massages and treatments. You would pay for these as extras.  

Will there be free time?

Yes, within the schedule each day there will be free time. None of the classes or activities will be compulsory. You get to choose if you need some time for yourself.
