I see that many people are fearful of considering a different perspective of a situation, especially if that perspective is viewed as radical or far left/right winged. Many people are secure in their viewpoint and therefore would not even contemplate that an alternative viewpoint may have merit or be valid. This is why the world is so crazy at the moment, because some individuals/religions/cultures/countries believe their viewpoint is the only valid viewpoint.
During my travels as a long haul truck driver, I visited some 465 different motorcycle shops across the United States. On each visit interviewing the owners. It was mind blowing how each one was so unique to its location and invested in their community. Definitely changed my worldly view.
