At this time, there is a powerful force you can rely on. It will help you navigate the turmoil of the world. Don’t underestimate it.

  • Thank you Monique. I needed this. I’ve been experiencing every emotion from extreme crippling empathy, to compassion, to hatred, to fear every day this week. There have been other conflicts I have worried about but for some reason this one has hit home. I have been trying to recognize that the fear and hatred in me are the same as what is fueling the conflict in the aggressors. This is the answer to what kind of meditation to do – meditate on my inner self – the connection to the greater good. Have compassion for my own anger and hatred and fear and that brings compassion to those causing this conflict. I have concluded it’s collectively our only way out of this endless cycle of self-imposed human tragedy. When enough people are doing it things have to transform. Thank you for the work you are doing. It’s the most important thing anyone can devote their life to doing. It was a lifeline for me tonight. Brought me home. I will also visualize golden healing light surrounding the victims and of course mostly the aggressors. Thanks again.
