We Just Don’t Know

Can you hold space for the unknown? In this episode, I share a timeless story that reminds us of life’s unpredictability—and why that’s not something to fear. We explore how our need for certainty often adds unnecessary suffering and how choosing to live fully in the present moment brings both freedom and peace. If you’ve ever felt anxious about what’s ahead or fixated on what’s gone, this conversation will help you soften into trust and possibility. Let’s talk about the wisdom of not knowing.

  • This is such a great teaching Monique. Top shelf as usual my dearest. I have thought about this teaching often. Soooo good.
    Have a wonderful day. xxxooo

  • I love that Maybe story of the Farmer. I first heard in many years ago and I printed it out and saved it to my computer, and I think about it more and more. There is something important
in being able to accept what is. No one knows what will happen next. It’s all good. Often the worst of times, when I look back, where a turning point and were a great teacher. Without that thing happening I wouldn’t have had the perspective I have now without living through that experience.
