What does it mean to live and die without regret? In this episode, I reflect on a powerful idea from the Tibetan poet Milarepa: “My religion is to live and die without regret.” I’ll explore how being intentional about our choices, embracing risks, and stepping out of our comfort zones can help us lead a life filled with meaning and joy.

  • That is my goal as well and I can because of my religion, which is the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Jesus Christ came to earth as a baby and grew up teaching in a temple of jewish leaders. He started his ministry at the age of 30 and was crucified at the age 33 by the Romans. He laid in a tomb for three days and was then resurrected. He now has the ability to feel and know how each of us feels and can relate to each of us. We just have to ask for forgiveness, change what we are doing and he will forgive us.
