This is Monique.
I imagine a world where people wake up each day feeling empowered, deeply at peace with themselves, and excited about their lives. A world where they are no longer weighed down by stress, self-doubt, or the feeling that happiness is just out of reach. For me, the joy is in helping people shift their mindset, showing them that lasting happiness isn’t something to chase—it’s something they can cultivate within themselves.
I’ve dedicated my life and career to this mission. Through my programs, I’ve worked with individuals and institutions around the world, from leading universities to global organizations, helping people rewire their thinking, transform their lives, and experience genuine, sustainable happiness. Every day, I teach, guide, and support those who are ready to take this journey—whether they are students, professionals, or anyone seeking more from life.
Because when people learn how to truly master their minds, they don’t just improve their own lives. They become a force for positive change in the world. And that’s the world I imagine.

Monique originally hails from a beautiful little country at the bottom of the world called New Zealand.
Monique is usually living in some far reaches of the world, however, when she is home in New Zealand she loves to photograph the extraordinary countryside.
Monique has been nominated for numerous awards in New Zealand and in 2010 she was nominated for New Zealander of the Year.

She can carry a tune...or two
Monique is an accomplished singer songwriter who was the opening act on two European Tours for music legend Chuck Berry, produced two platinum charity albums, worked on a music project with His Holiness the Dalai Lama and is one of only eight Westerners to ever perform in the secluded kingdom of Bhutan (Mick Jagger was one of the other eight). She also wrote all the music in her The 10 Minute Mind meditation program while traveling in the Himalayas.

She lives a bit on the Wild Side
Monique has travelled all over the world with only the things she could carry in a bag for 13 years - during which she travelled the length of India, from the highest northern tip in the Himalayas to the most southern tip in the south, on her own, on a motorbike! She has lived her dream, her way, connecting with some of the most extraordinary people in the world, from the slums of India to the moors of England, the castles of Switzerland...and so many places in between. Here she is on top of the highest motorable road in the world in Ladakh in the Himalayas.
THE DOG WHISPERER
Did we mention she has a thing for dogs...and baby goats?
Big dogs, little dogs, street dogs, beach dogs, fancy dogs, and scrappy dogs. If a dog is not available, a baby goat will suffice. But don't worry, her heart belongs to her sidekick, George (the cutie in the bag on her motorbike).
