Beautiful discussion of the value of friends, old and new. I’m trying to collect as many as possible! I wanted to correct your Blue Zone on Loma Linda. It is not a Morman community. It is Seventh Day Adventist. They follow Old Testament eating plan and are vegetarian, very healthy diets. Admirable faith community. Thanks for your daily podcasts. Always thought provoking and encouraging.
