THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL ONLY BE MADE AVAILABLE IN THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE.

Sweepstakes begins at 12.01am EST 15 September 2024 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Entries received for the Grand Prize must be received by 11:59 PM Eastern Time, September 30, 2024 to be eligible for the Grand Prize (the “Entry Deadline”). Sponsor's computer is the official time keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

1. Eligibility: The  Happiness Club (a One People Productions LLC service) Taylor Swift Sweepstakes  (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (and excluding Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. Military installations in foreign countries, and all other U.S. territories and possessions and where restricted or prohibited by law), Mainland China, Macau region, and Taiwan region, Japan, South Korea, India, New Zealand, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, France, Belgium, Ireland, United Kingdom, Sweden, Finland, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Mexico, Argentina (excluding Mendoza, Neuquén, Salta, Rio Negro, and Tierra del Fuego) & Canada (“Eligible Regions”) who are Member of The Happiness Club (a One People Productions LLC service) and at least 18 years of age and the age of majority in their respective jurisdictions of permanent residence (whichever is greater) as of date of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of One People Productions LLC ("Sponsor"), Taylor Swift (and any persons, companies, and/or entities controlled by or affiliated with Taylor Swift, and any of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, mandataries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment, and marketing agencies, web site providers, web masters, and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings and children, regardless of where they live) and those living in the same household (whether or not related) are not eligible to enter or win. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the Sweepstakes. Entrants should look solely to Sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor may be reached by email at support@moniquerhodesonline.com during the Sweepstakes Period. Winning the Grand Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winners.

2. How to Enter: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. All active and current Happiness Club Members are automatically entered into the Sweepstakes and receive one (1) entry (“Entry”) into the random drawing.

Entries must be received by the Entry Deadline. Incomplete and/or inaccurate Entries are void. No information regarding Entries, other than as otherwise set forth in these Official Rules, will be disclosed. Limited to one (1) Entry per email address/The Happiness Club Membership account; a person may only use one email address/The Happiness Club Membership account to enter. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, The Happiness Club Membership account, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void such entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated or computer system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.  

ALTERNATIVE MEANS OF ENTRY: To enter by mail, send your name, address, city, state, zip code, area code, phone number, age, and e-mail address to: One People Productions LLC, 30 N. Gould St., Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801 USA. No photocopied entries will be accepted.

For Residents of France: Telecommunication and access expenses corresponding to the time of connection for participation in the Sweepstakes have been evaluated at the flat fee of 0.50 Euros per Entry, and shall be reimbursed to any on-line entrant requesting it via email to support@moniquerhodesonline.com. If you claim reimbursement for these expenses, you must provide a telephone bill demonstrating that you do not benefit from unlimited access. An incomplete request for reimbursement or one sent to the incorrect address will be invalid. You must submit reimbursement requests within two months (60 calendar days) of the Sweepstakes end date. Reimbursement of connection costs is limited to one participation by an individual (same first name and last name, same postal code, same age). Postal fees incurred in sending supporting documentation will be reimbursed upon request, provided they are requested in writing as set forth above, and are within the limit of the lowest postal fee applicable to a letter of 20 grams or less.

1. Faulty Entries. Incomplete, corrupted, or untimely entries are void and will be disqualified. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, or misdirected entries; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections; or miscommunications, computer or software malfunctions, telephone transmission problems, technical failures, garbled transmissions, damage to a user's computer equipment (software or hardware), or other errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic, or otherwise. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address associated with The Happiness Club Membership account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant or participant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider, or other organization (which may include an employer) responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address will be disqualified and ineligible to win. Each entrant’s social media profiles must be in keeping with Sponsor’s image and reputation or entrant may be disqualified.
2. Selection of Winners/Odds: The winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible Entries received for each drawing throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor. The odds of winning the Grand Prize (the “Grand Prize”) depend on the total number of Entries received. The Grand Prize winner will be selected from all eligible Entries (excluding those from Mainland China due to the restrictions by local law) received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
3. Winner Notification: Potential winner will be notified by email and must respond to the notification within forty-eight (48) hours of notification attempt or the Grand Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected and notified, time permitting. Potential winner in Canada must answer correctly a mathematical skill-testing question without aid of mechanical device or otherwise, to be administered by the Administrator at a time and in a manner to be determined by the Administrator. If a potential winner fails to return the required document(s) within the required time period, or the Grand Prize notification is returned undeliverable, or in the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the Grand Prize to an alternate winner selected by a random drawing from among all remaining eligible Entries received for that drawing, time permitting. All Prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible Entries are received throughout the Sweepstakes Period. A maximum of two (2) alternate Grand Prize winners will be selected for the Grand Prize offered, time permitting, after which time the Grand Prize will remain unawarded.

Each potential winner is subject to verification by Sponsor, whose decisions are FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES. An entrant is not the winner of the Grant Prize unless and until entrant's eligibility has been verified and entrant has been notified that verification is complete.

1. Grand Prize, Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) in USD and Concert Date: ONE (1) Grand Prize (not available to residents of Mainland China due to the restrictions by local law): The opportunity for winner to see the Taylor Swift concert in Miami Florida, USA, on October 19, 2024 (the “Concert”). Winner will receive ONE (1) ticket to the Concert (the class of such ticket presuming there is more than one class of ticket shall be in the discretion of the Company); ONE (1) round trip using economy air transportation from major airport nearest winner’s home to Miami Florida, hotel accommodations for the TWO (2) nights of October 18, 2024 and October 19, 2024 (based on double occupancy).  The total ARV of the Grand Prize is USD$5,000. The grand prize does NOT include any meals or any transportation to and from accommodation. Winners from at least India, Mainland China and Taiwan region may have to obtain a visa prior to travelling to the Concert location. Obtaining a visa, visa processing, and all related fees are the sole responsibility of winner. No more than the single Grand Prize enumerated above will be awarded.
2. Grand Prize Terms: Travel must take place on the dates specified by Sponsor surrounding the specified concerts or Grand Prize will be forfeited. All fees and expenses (such as passport, visas, security fees, gratuities, luggage fees, meals and ground transportation, and incidental charges) related to acceptance and use of the Grand Prize not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Certain restrictions apply. Trips may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Seat selection and timing of trip(s) subject to confirmation of reservations. Major credit card required at check-in to cover any incidental charges. Grand Prize winner must possess valid travel documents (i.e., a valid government-issued passport with more than six (6) months before it expires, entry visa, if required, etc.) and travel on the same itinerary. Grand Prize winner is responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes, and those set forth by Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. Winners and travel companions must follow any applicable COVID protocols at time of travel. Lost, stolen or damaged airline tickets will not be replaced or exchanged. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by any air carrier(s) or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services to passengers including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. The passenger contracts in use by the airlines or other transportation companies shall constitute the sole contracts with respect to the Grand Prize winner's transportation and such contracts shall be solely between the Grand Prize winner, his/her travel companion and such transportation companies.

In the event a winner engages in behavior during travel that (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, or that is intended to threaten or harass any other person, or that in any way disparages or adversely affects the reputation, image, and/or customer goodwill of Sponsor or any of Sponsor’s services, products, trademarks, service marks, or logos, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate their travel or eject them from the Taylor Swift concert, and send that winner home (at winner/travel companion’s own expense) with no further obligations or compensation whatsoever to winner (which may, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, result in that winner’s disqualification from the Sweepstakes and forfeiture of any and/or all prizes). In the event a winner engage(s) in behavior on trip or at a Concert that (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) is illegal, tortious, or subjects that winner to arrest or detention, Sponsor shall have no obligation to pay any damages, fees, fines, judgments or other costs or expenses of any kind whatsoever incurred by Grand Prize winner or travel companion as a result of such conduct. SPONSOR SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER DAMAGES OR EXPENSES RESULTING FROM OR ARISING OUT OF USE OF PRIZE/TRAVEL OR ANY OTHER ASPECT OF A PRIZE WINNER’S ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF THE GRAND PRIZE. TO THE EXTENT THAT ANY WINNER WISHES TO TRAVEL WITH ANY TRAVEL COMPANIONS, THE COST, OBLIGATIONS, LIABILITIES, AND ANY OTHER ASPECTS OF SUCH TRAVEL COMPANIONS’ TRANSPORTATION, ACCOMMODATIONS, TICKETS, VISAS, AND ANY OTHER ASPECT OF THEIR TRAVEL IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER AND THE SPONSOR SHALL HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY WHATSOEVER FOR SUCH PARTIES OR PERSONS.

Concert Ticket Terms: The offering for sale, selling, reselling, or otherwise transferring of the Grant Prize, or any portion thereof (e.g., Concert tickets, airline tickets, gifts, etc.) to any third party is strictly prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify winners and void the Grand Prize if it appears to have been offered for sale, sold, or otherwise transferred. Concert tickets may be subject to Concert ticket issuer’s standard rain-check and cancellation policies and procedures. All expenses, travel, accommodations, and other costs not expressly stated in the package description above are the sole responsibility of each winner. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, vouchers, or certificates will not be replaced by Sponsor. By accepting the Grand Prize, winners agree to abide by any terms, conditions and restrictions provided by the Concert ticket issuer. Sponsor is not responsible if winner does not make use of the Grand Prize. Sponsor is not responsible if Concert is delayed, postponed, or cancelled for any reason due to circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute that portion of the Grand Prize for one of equal or greater value. Winners cannot substitute, assign, transfer, or redeem Prize for cash; however, Sponsor reserves the right to make equivalent Prize substitutions at its sole discretion if any advertised Prize (or portion of the Grand Prize) becomes unavailable. Winners are responsible for any loss of the Grand Prize or portion of the Grand Prize after it has been delivered.

ADDITIONAL Grand Prize Terms: Any and all applicable federal, state, local, provincial, and municipal taxes and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of the Grant Prize not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. A U.S. Grand Prize winner MAY be issued a 1099 tax form for the actual retail value of the Grant Prize.

General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In the event of cancellation, the Grand Prize will be awarded in random drawings from among all eligible Entries received for each drawing prior to cancellation. Sponsor, Administrator, and their agencies are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen or misdirected entries; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections, garbled transmissions or miscommunications, telephone transmission problems; computer or software malfunctions or damage to a user's computer equipment (software or hardware); technical failures; or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, or otherwise. Proof of sending or submission of entry will not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify this Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factors impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If terminated, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, determine winners from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to time of such action or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be (a) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, (b) acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion, or (c) acting in a dishonest, fraudulent, unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, and to void all associated entries. The preceding remedy in no way precludes Sponsor from taking legal or other actions against such individuals so as to protect its rights. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules in a given circumstance does not constitute the waiver of such provision.

Please Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree that Sponsor and Taylor Swift (and any persons, companies, and/or entities controlled by or affiliated with Taylor Swift, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, website providers, web masters, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (the "Released Parties") are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of the Grand Prize. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY ENTRANTS AGAINST, ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, OR PROPERTY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE, OR USE OF THE PRIZE, ENTRY, OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR IN ANY SWEEPSTAKES RELATED ACTIVITY, OR ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION OR INVASION OF PRIVACY, OR MERCHANDISE DELIVERY. THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF ANY PRIZE CANNOT BE AWARDED DUE TO CANCELLATIONS, DELAYS, OR INTERRUPTIONS DUE TO ACTS OF GOD, ACTS OF WAR, NATURAL DISASTERS, WEATHER, OR TERRORISM.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, OR TO PROPERTY ARISING OUT OF ACCESS TO AND USE OF ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM ANY SUCH SITE.

FOR RESIDENTS OF UK, SWITZERLAND AND EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA: THIS RELEASE DOES NOT APPLY TO CLAIMS AGAINST SPONSOR, ITS REPRESENTATIVES AND ITS VICARIOUS AGENTS FOR DAMAGES BECAUSE OF PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, AND TO CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES IN CASE OF INTENT OR GROSS NEGLIGENCE BY SPONSOR, ITS REPRESENTATIVES OR VICARIOUS AGENTS.

By participating in this Sweepstakes, you acknowledge: (1) In regard to the Grand Prize or any other products or services offered by Sponsor and/or its affiliates free of charge, Sponsor shall only be liable for intent and gross negligence. (2) In all other cases, Sponsor shall only be liable in cases of intent and gross negligence. In case of slight negligence, however, Sponsor is only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations, such as delay or impossibility of performance, for which Sponsor can be held responsible. The liability in the event of breach of such an essential contractual obligation is limited to the typical contractual damage, whose occurrence could be expected by Sponsor upon conclusion of the contract based on the circumstances known at that time. “Essential contractual obligations” are those obligations whose fulfillment is essential to enable the proper implementation of the contract, and the achievement of its purpose and whose observation you as an end consumer may rely upon. The foregoing limitations of liability shall not apply in the case of explicit guarantees by Sponsor, in case of malice and injuries to life, body or health, as well as in the case of mandatory statutory regulations. Nothing in these Official Rules shall deprive you of the consumer protection rights granted to you by the laws of your residence that cannot be derogated from by agreement to such.

Each entrant acknowledges that there is a possibility that, subsequent to their involvement with the Sweepstakes and adherence to these Official Rules may discover or incur or suffer claims which were unknown or unsuspected at the time agreeing to these Official Rules, and which if known to them at that time may have materially affected their decision to enter this Sweepstakes. Entrants acknowledge and agree that by reason of these Official Rules, and the release contained in the preceding subsections, they are assuming any risk of such unknown facts and such unsuspected claims. Entrants acknowledge that they have read these Official Rules and, as such, hereby have been advised of the existence of Section 1542 of the California Civil Code, which provides:

“A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known by him or her, would materially affect his or her settlement with the debtor or released party.”

Entrants expressly waive any and all rights under California Civil Code Section 1542 and under any other federal or state statute or law of similar effect.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAWS, PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SPONSOR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWABLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, ALL TAXES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, NATIONAL, FEDERAL, STATE, PROVINCIAL, TERRITORIAL, PREFECTURAL, AND/OR LOCAL TAXES), AS WELL AS ANY EXPENSES ARISING FROM ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF THE PRIZE AND NOT SPECIFIED IN THESE TERMS AS BEING PROVIDED AS PART OF THE PRIZE, ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, WINNERS GRANT TO SPONSOR, (WHICH GRANT WILL BE CONFIRMED IN WRITING ON REQUEST OF SPONSOR), AND THOSE ACTING PURSUANT TO THEIR AUTHORITY, THE RIGHT AND PERMISSION (BUT NOT THE OBLIGATION) TO PRINT, PUBLISH, BROADCAST, AND USE, WORLDWIDE IN ANY MEDIA NOW KNOWN OR HEREAFTER DEVELOPED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WORLD WIDE WEB, AT ANY TIME OR TIMES, EACH WINNER'S NAME, PORTRAIT, PICTURE, VOICE, LIKENESS, ENTRY, AND BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION FOR ADVERTISING, TRADE, AND PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES (INCLUDING THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF HIS OR HER NAME ON TELEVISION OR RADIO BROADCAST) WITHOUT ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATION, COMPENSATION, PERMISSION, OR NOTIFICATION. ENTRANTS AGREE THAT SPONSOR SHALL OWN THE ENTRIES, WHICH WILL NOT BE ACKNOWLEDGED OR RETURNED, AND THAT SPONSOR AND ITS DESIGNEES SHALL HAVE THE PERPETUAL, WORLDWIDE RIGHT TO EDIT, PUBLISH, AND USE THE ENTRIES IN ANY WAY AND IN ANY MEDIA FOR TRADE, ADVERTISING, PROMOTIONAL, AND/OR OTHER PURPOSES AS SPONSOR AND/OR ITS DESIGNEES MAY DETERMINE WITHOUT FURTHER CONSIDERATION TO ENTRANTS OR ANY THIRD PARTY.

Disputes: Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes, including the formation, interpretation, breach, or termination thereof, including whether the claims asserted are arbitrable, will be referred to and finally and exclusively determined by binding arbitration in accordance with the JAMS International Arbitration Rules. The tribunal will consist of one arbitrator. The seat of the arbitration will be Sheridan, Wyoming USA though the parties may agree to online/virtual proceedings. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings will be English. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered by any court having jurisdiction thereof. For Quebec, Canada: Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a promotion may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of the Grand Prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.

Unless you are a resident of a member-state of the European Economic Area, South Korea, or Switzerland, all disputes, claims or controversies arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes, including the marketing and promotion of the Sweepstakes ("Disputes"), shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in the United States under the laws of the United States.

For residents of Spain: Nothing in these Official Rules shall be interpreted in the sense of limiting the application of articles 82 to 91 and 114 to 126 of Spanish Consumers and Users Protection Act (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007). 1. Privacy: The jurisdiction, state, or province in which you live may require the Sponsor to delete your personal data upon written request, which Administrator will be bound to honor. However, you will be disqualified if personal data is withdrawn or deleted prior to the determination of the Grand Prize winner and fulfillment of the Grand Prize. This is not a penalty – it is recognition that in complying with any such request Sponsor’s ability to administer the Sweepstakes is removed as to a person withdrawing their permission for Released Parties to use their personal data or asking that their personal data be deleted prior to the determination of the Grand Prize winner and fulfillment of the Grand Prize. Sponsor will process your personal information solely for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and your The Happiness Club Membership account. Information collected by Sponsor and its agencies in connection with the Sweepstakes may be used by Sponsor and its agencies and shared with third parties involved in administration of the Sweepstakes in accordance with the online Privacy Policy above and applicable data protection laws. Sponsor agrees to ensure that all data collection complies with (i) all applicable laws, including without limitation, all laws, corporate standards, policies, regulations, as well as the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) (collectively “Applicable Laws”) (ii) the principles, guidelines, rules and codes of conduct of self-regulatory organizations to which third parties providing services, platforms, and data are bound, and any required notices and consents; and (iii) privacy disclosures and information collection requirements imposed on advertisers by targeting of media in order to comply with Applicable Laws. Gould St., Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801 USA. Requests for the names of the winners must be received no later than 12:00 AM Eastern Time, October 31, 2024, after the Sweepstakes Period has ended.
